Role overview
You will participate in the design and development of the core cloud service platform of 深知科技 in Taizhou, and be responsible for implementing high-performance, high-availability backend services, continuously optimizing system architecture and engineering quality, and delivering stable and reliable product experiences to tens of millions of users.
What you’ll do
- Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of cloud-native backend services, ensuring high availability and high performance of the system;
- Participate in system architecture design, and drive the implementation and engineering of technical solutions;
- Build observability systems, and optimize system performance and stability;
- Participate in code reviews for core components, and promote team engineering standards and best practices.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with 3+ years of Go development experience;
- In-depth understanding of Go, familiar with common concurrency patterns and performance tuning;
- Familiar with cloud-native technology stack (Kubernetes, Docker, Service Mesh, etc.);
- Familiar with distributed system design, with experience in high-concurrency system design and optimization;
- Good engineering discipline, problem-solving skills, and teamwork abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience in developing large-scale internet or cloud service platforms;
- Familiar with microservices architecture, message queues, caching, and other middleware;
- Passionate about open-source technologies and has made practical contributions;
- Good technical sharing and documentation writing skills.
